TNHo is correct, this is saying all the mods are in forge, so what you would need to do is, first of all the mods were installed improperly, second if you have a windows pc, getting to the location he posted is simple, go to the Search bar, on newer ones (Windows 10) it would be in the windows icon or "Type here to search" on task bar, on below windows 8, it would be Run in start menu, as for windows 8, I am not sure as I skipped it all together, I did not like the feel lol...
then type %appdata% go to .Minecraft and you can either delete the .jar versions of minecraft, or just delete the whole folders contents (save your saves if you wish) and re-download the .jar all together, you need to manually delete Forge sometimes for mods, or it will keep some data from the mods in it, it may be saying the mods aren't found in forge, so sometimes you have to do a clean wipe of it. re-installing isn't always enough sadly.
