Past Experience: I was a staff member on a server called Solarcraft for over a year now. I was a Mod at first then was head staff after a few months. I was favorite on the server from players since I was fair on issues, knew what I was doing with helping those players, and fun to play with other players but knowing my limits and not crossing the line (If you want I could even get one of the owners to +rep me)

Why do you want to work with us?: I want to work with staff who are passionate about making a successful server like this one. I would do all I could to make the community great and what's needed from players whether it be a question, something that is broken/grieved, or something that the player is concerned with. I can also bounce around ideas and listen to ideas that could help bring players to the sever.

What makes you qualified?: I can quickly learn anything that is needed for tasks that are given. I also have good communication skills with people who needs anything whether it be questions, two players are fighting with each other, ect. I have been playing minecraft ever since 1.2 and still play it today so I know a lot about this game. Finally I'm mature enough to be serious when needed be if the situation comes while still having fun and having a good laugh with someone while still not going overboard on something and being stupid.

To anyone thinking of applying. Please be cautious when getting accepted on skype. The owner who I suppose contacted me asked for video evidence on skype of me and photo ID on official papers which is a red flag in my opinion since it's a violation of privacy. You have been warned

3)Skills/Experience(As in any past experiences, and if a builder, what you would be good at): As for skills, I'm very observant on players. I watch them whenever I feel something is fishy or something is going on. I also have good communication skills when talking to people about anything going on about their actions or what happened on a sever. As for experience I've been the head staff on a server called Solarcraft that I've have been on for more than a year now.

4. Previous Experience: The closest I have ever been for experience was on my friend's private server. I also had some training in mod for awhile until the server closed and failed. additionally I was a mod in training for about 3 weeks until I quit the server. I would like more training if I could to become a better staff member.

5. How would you plan on contributing to our server?: I would be able to watch over the people on and make sure they are not breaking any rules (griefing, hacking ect) and check on players to make sure they are not doing anything they are not suppose to do. I would watch chat and if I am away from home, I could go on my phone and go on minechat to watch over the chat if I could. Mostly I would want to make it the server enjoyable and make the server safe.

6. Do you use skype?: Yes I do, I am always on and I have it on my phone as well.

7. Anything else you would like to add to support your application?: I would try to get my friends to come on and try to make a bigger community.

8. What country & timezone are you in?: I live in the United States and my timezone is EST.

10. How would you deal with a heated dispute between 2 players?: First I would ask them what is going on and why they are arguing. If they answer, I will try my best to talk to them and make a agreement and end the fight and warn them about not to do it again or make them have a worse consequence. If they don't stop I will warn them again to stop but if they don't I will mute them for awhile and tell them to knock it off or they will get more in trouble.If they do not stop I will temp ban them for a day or two.

I do have experience with mostly Towny. I had made my own town/nation before and know what all the commands for it are like setting permissions for building in a town, toggling things in the town like pvp, monster spawning, explosions ect.
However, I had a bit of experience with Essentials which I know offers a lot of commands for a server like setting kits, world protection, warps, economy, ect.

Why do you wish to help? I wish to help because your server has what I like, I played on a server with towny on it so I know most of the commands for it. I would also like to help out watching chat and making sure people on the server don't grief, cheat or hack, if anyone would ask a question about a command I would tell the player whats the command or where to go.

What are your best aspects? Im a friendly guy who likes to chat with people about things I like or getting me into something I might like, I'm also kinda funny.

What are your worst aspects? I'm kinda nerdy and have really bad hair, and tend to get emotional sometimes over stupid things

Do you like talking to people? I do like talking to people if the conversation is about what I like or not.

Have you ever had a moderator position before? I have not been a mod before.

How often do you play Minecraft? on weekdays I play up to 5-7 hours if im not busy with school.

Why do you want to be staff? I would like to be staff becasue I would like to help you on maintaining your server though making sure no one is breaking the rules in chat or in game. I will be fair and have no favorites. I would also like to try to work with other people and make friends.
How can you help the server? I can help out the server by helping building, watching chat, making sure everyone is playing fair and not cheating or hacking, and making sure everyone is having a good time.
What can you bring to the server that others can not? I can bring friends over to check out the server and start a faction. Ill also vote a bit so new players can join, and I can start a good conversation so everyone can chat and have a good time.
Anything else? I have been playing minecraft since August 2011. Don't think there's anything else to talk about.

Why should I pick you: You should pick me because I had some experience of being mod (server name: Unxhollows). I would be very active and be on everyday 6-10 hours if not busy due to school. Prior experience: iv been staff on two servers, a small server with my friend for about few months but then it got down, then a server called unxthallows, iv been mod there for two months now and its a great server, (small but still good).

Why you're interested in this project: Becasue im surpising not doing much and i need somthing to do that looks cool, and doing it with other people, from what iv read this looks like a fun thing to do and i wanna help out.

How long I can come on this server: About 4-5 hours, depends on day.

Experience: I'v only been Admin on two servers. a small survival server with my friends and XRedstonefilmsX server however that servers down for a bit due to billing so..

Why do you wanna be staff?: Because I'm a really great guy, working with other players, helping out around the server what needs to be done, and getting rid from rule breakers so this server can be a great community.
