What can you do to help this new,and wonderful server?: Make it as good as it deserves to be, maintain the rules to make the experience good for everyone, be a helpful staff member
A player is using Xray,and you know about it. What do you do?: Speak to another staff member so they're aware - obviously it'd depend on the server rules, so if mods aren't allowed, I'd bam
Someone is caught flying,and using a hacked client. How do you approach this?: Consult them as to why they're using it, explain the rule, take the required steps
Player claims that the server glitched and he lost his newly found diamond tool. How do you deal with this?: Ask him where he was when he lost it, what happened, if it's clear he's lying, then ignore it, if the server has glitched, I would return the tool.
