Hello! Can you please clarify the type of server and give an IP for us? I would apply for Dev or another rank, but I have no clue what gamemode the server is.
It comes with a permissions/group managing system. It also comes with all basic commands such as, /spawn, /sethome, /kit/ etc. Mostly all things essentials has, but it has an official 1.8 and 1.9 release.
