Minecraft/Servers New Server Needs Staff

Previous Experience: I used to own a server called BlazeCraft, but shut down due to inactivity. I also used to be a moderator on Minecraft Heavens and PokeCraft. I also was a trial-mod on a pvp server which went by the name of CreeperPvP.
What Skills Do You Bring: I bring various skills to the servers I work for. One of my major skills is detecting hackers, spammers, etc. I have banned many hackers as a Admin or Moderator on different servers. I can detect hackers easily by their movements because several times I have watched my friend at this house hacking on a server.

Why Should We Choose You: I am a very experienced at Minecraft and I have been playing for over 2 years. I'm a have very little experience in Python coding, which may come in handy for coding plugins, but I personally think I'm not very good at coding. As a Moderator, I will live up to my duties and not give anyone a hard time(unless they are breaking the rules) and I will not ban anyone because I don't like them. I will only ban them if they break some kind of rule.

Answer in a Short Paragraph:
If you saw someone breaking the rules of the server, spamming or griefing for example, what would your response be? Please outline what you would say and do. What if they continued to do it?
If they were spamming, I would ask them kindly to please stop and if they don't, I will give them a temporary mute. If they do somehow bypass the spamming filter, I would extend the temporary mute to end at a longer date, or I would permanently mute them. If they were griefing, I would ask them to stop and kindly give the person's stuff back to them. If they should wish to continue after I left the premises, I would give them a temporary ban of 1-3 days. If they were hacking, I would ask them to stop for one time only. If they wish to continue to hack still, then it would be a permanent ban.

What position do you want and why: Co-Owner, because I have never been a Co-Owner before, so I would like to try it out, or Sr-Warden, because I have never been a guard/warden/sr-warden before, and I would like to try out, plus I am really good with dealing with problems for both positions.

Experience(w/ being guard/staff): I have have not been a guard before, but I have been staff on a few servers, and I USED to go on them every day, (they closed down that is why I said used too)
Have you been banned before(please be honest): I got banned for griefing in a raiding and griefing server... :/
Can you donate to the server: No, my mom won't let me, but I cant donate loyalty and time to your server.
Why should I pick you: I spend a lot of time on Minecraft, and I can come on everyday, I am good with plugins, and suggest really cool ideas to improve your server.

How many times have you been banned and why: I have been banned for griefing on this one server, even though it was a griefing/raiding server with factions.
