How familiar are you with the configuration and administration of Linux (Debian) based operating systems?: Yes, I currently have set up 6 different dedicated servers with multi craft and had to deal with them!
How familiar are you with BungeeCord and Spigot configuration and administration?: Very! I have set up many networks for Youtubers with 10k+ Subscribers, I am currently learning to code in Bungeecord plugins which gives me a very good understanding of this! Spigot is a must have. If you are not good at spigot, you will not be very successful in Bungeecord!
How familiar are you with the integration of plugins with web-based interfaces (e.g. ban panel, server status, and other systems)?: I have set up multiple ones, the majority I have set up have transferred over MySQL. One of the ones I have set up most is LiteBans web interface!

Either way, if I connect to it or not, I try sending a message to it and I get an error sayingYour message to user Work (SessionId=2) could not be sent. Access is denied
