How would u handle a griefer Nice and simple, check the damage and if it is worth banning then I would do so. Otherwise I believe in second chances. I would also keep a very close eye on said person.
How would I handle a troll Mute them. If it escalated into griefing ban instantly.
Would I ban someone for calling me an idiot No, but I would remind them that calling ANYONE not just a member of staff an "idiot" is not permitted.
Would I ban someone if they killed me Of course not, unless I was working on something important for the server, in which case I would issue a warning.
Why do I want to be admin Minecraft can be frustrating,especially if members of staff are not helping you with a problem. I hate griefers and generally people that just want to cause harm. I haven't had a lot of experience being an Admin, but I do know how to uphold rules and regulations of servers. I don't accept any kind of excuse for hacking clients and or bullies. I would like to help keep all players on the server happy.

Some qualities about myself. I have a zero tolerance for people who just want to waste time or cause harm to the server or other players. I am normally a patient person and will consider the opinions of everyone before taking drastic actions.
Some defects. Honestly, sometimes some people just get on my nerves, I find it difficult to deal with people who don't listen and may end up just giving up on them.
