please give a little bit more detail about what you did, and what happened exactly. Otherwise no-one will be able to help you

I had trouble installing SPC, too, but I somehow made it (trying 'till it works) . Don't ask me what I did right / wrong. It just suddenly worked.

try installing it by hand. Without the installer. It might help...

Two questions:

- Did you open the world with the mod installed? (I think yes "EntityNPCHumanMale")
- What mod was it?

It seems, you have forge installed, when you opened the world and Minecraft crashed ("Is Modded: Definitely; Client brand changed to 'fml,forg"). And it crashed before loading the world graphically ("Vec3 Pool Size: 0 (0 bytes; 0 MB) allocated, 0 (0 bytes; 0 MB) used")

Have you ever tried to open the world without any mod? (don't forget to make a backup copy of you world!)

What graphic settings do you play on?
I never ever had a GeForce... , so I cannot say much about it

1. Start Minecraft
2. Options -> Resource Packs -> Open resource pack folder
3. Go one folder up
4. You are in the minecraft folder! (on mac there is no ".minecraft"-folder, it's just "minecraft")

... maybe I misunderstood you...

Install the mod with mcPatcher 4.2. Maybe it works...
Question: Does Minecraft crash or don't the mods show up?
Maybe your mods don't work together...

open Minecraft click on Texture packs, then open texture packs folder.
go to the folder, containing the tP-folder and open the folder called "screenshots".
there is the picture.

Is the Map a .zip file or folder?
If it is a .zip file, you have to unpack it.
If it is a folder and it doesn't work: Herobrine...

Open the bin folder ("%appdata%\roaming\.Minecraft\bin") and delete the "version" file.
and then force the Update I hope that will solve your problem.
