When in life or otherwise have you taken charge and lead a group or event? I've been in many clubs back in Junior High. Recycling Club, Computer Club, and also a leadership club called BRAVE. I am considered the most independent sibling. That's about it.
Why should we pick you? I won't be a bratty kid who demands promotions, or abuse my powers. Ever since I got the game (July 17, 2013) I worked on servers and plugins. I took a small break from working on servers, but I'm ready to take another crack at it.
What do you bring to the staff team and server? Knowledge on a variety of plugins, like WorldEdit, Essentials, Multiverse, other stuff..
Also won't be abusive or any junk like that.
If expected could you organize server events? Potentially, if given enough time and it doesn't conflict with my school and sleep schedule. :>
How good are you 1-10 are your conflict management skills, AKA are you good at resolving problems? Yeah man, I know conflicts are bound to happen, so I would find the root of the problem and solve it in a peaceful way.
Can you be respectful to lower ranking staff even if you are their upper? I treat every friend of mine with equal respect, even if they are non-staff. Staff rank means to help the server and others, not to be a jerk.
Do you agree to be professional if denied, and can you explain why it's important? I'm a pretty laid-back guy, so no biggie. If you are very angry or sad, then it's just proof that you wouldn't be good at staff in the first place..
Do you agree not to ask us to read it more than once, why is this also important?
I mean, if you feel the need to read it more than once, then go right ahead. I don't see the importance in reading this again. Unless I said something confusing. In that case, sorry.
