I am aware of most causes of problems and malfuncions.

Administrator Application:I have only been Admin on one server, but the Admin rank(Admin, Head Admin etc) is more times, I was Head Admin on 2 tekkit and 3 Bukkit servers, and it went pretty good!
One Pro of me being Admin is that I would be able to help you often, I would be able to hop in almost when ever there would be no staff online.
Uhm, Con's of me being Admin is only that you risk that I start doing (Co-)Owner work, but that ain't bad for the (Co-)Owner(s)??
I can come on ALMOST daily and could pretty much be online between 15:00 and 19:30/20:00 (GMT+1 Central European time)
