other things you have to know : my timezone is +1:00 i'm learning france and english at the moment i live in the netherlands i can speak very good dutch good english and a bit france.
i'm still on school logic because i'm twelve and i do bilangual education that means that i get a lot of lessons in english instead of dutch.

Experience: i've been admin/moderator/co-owner on several small servers of
myself friends and other people from pm but unfortunately they all stopped

Why do you want to be Admin: i like helping people and i love minecraft but i don't have much to do on minecraft

What makes you the best for this rank: i try to help people alot.
and i make friends fast. i can make plugins but i decided not to go for the developer rank because i am not very good at making plugins and didn't make alot of them.
but i can always try to help with bugs and that kind of thing

Mature level ( /10): 5 because i can act normal but are still a kid so i really can't say something higher

How can you prevent griefers: i will always say it to other staff i will rollback everything (if coreprotect is installed) i will tempban the first time for a day to a week and if it happens a second time i will give them a permanent ban

How will you help train newer staff: it's very important to show them how to behave and how to react by certain circumstances and show them the entire server it's also very important to tell them all of the rules.
How will you help other staff: by telling when they do something wrong and helping them how to do it right

How will you help players: answer all questions and by listening good to what everybody says

How do we know you don't just want power: i can't think of something but i can ask some of the people i was staff for earlier and since you are the owner you could undo everything and if i really wanted power i would have gone for co-owner or developer because those are the most powerful ranks.

How active will you be: i will be very active in the weekend 3-10 hours per day and a bit less active in the other days 1-4 hours per day because i still have homework i have to do.
