Welcome to PMC! The best server host is all about preference, but I suggest using either LowHop (CRAZY low prices and great uptime), TheMinecraftHost (Very good all around), or BeastNode (Very good all around). I personally use LowHop, because it's prices are like 25% cheaper then any other host and I have had no down time for the week that I've had it. I hope you enjoy PMC!
