Previous experience: I've been moderator on 3 servers, I've helped build a PvP Arena on a server, and I've helped administrate a server twice.
Building skills(1-10): To be honest I never thought I was such a great builder, but quite a few people have told me otherwise, so I'll put a 7.
Social Skills(1-10): I love to talk and interact with people (especially with the young ones, they're so fun to teach and play with.) I can handle bullies and racism/sexism pretty well. I'll have to give myself about a 9.
Maturity(1-10): I am going to be very honest with you, on a regular bases, I am about a 4, but if need be I can be very mature. I'm fairly good at discerning when to be goofy and when to be mature. I am usually about a 4 in this area, but if need be I can always be more mature, like 8 or 9.
How many hours a day would you be able to be on? I would be on for about 2 hours. Hopefully soon I'll be able to get more time on my computer, for now though, High-school's catching up to me.
Someone is spamming in chat what do you do? I someone were spamming in chat, I would ask them to stop, if they continue, give them a warning to stop, if they continue still, I would /muteplayer or /temban for 2 minutes. And if they keep spamming after unmuting them, I would do the same thing but for about 4 mins. ect.
Someone is Exploiting what do you do? In this case I would do the same as if they were spamming, but use just /temban instead after the warnings. If it is an exploit dealing with other peoples accounts or the server, I would ban that IP address and contact you, the owner. If you could give more info on the type of exploiting you want me to react to, then I could give a more complete answer.
A staff member is abusing his/her power what do you do? If or when a fellow staff member would abuse their power, I would ask them to stop. If they do not stop, I would contact you, or use /tempban if they are of a lower ranking, that is, if it is okay with you. I would continue this process, and try and contain the situation as much as possible until you were to arrive or re-contact me or other mods/admins.
About yourself: Well, there isn't much to say, I'm just an average 16 year old in high-school whom loves minecraft. I am on the honor roll, I'm not saying that I'm necessarily smart, but I do have better-than-the-average-grade. I try to be as honest and as helpful as I can, and, although I would love to be a worker on your server, I wouldn't mind if I were to be denied.
How can I trust you? You can trust me because I don't like destroying other peoples work, I like helping and teaching people, and I love to see servers grow. If you need more information on how you can trust me, just ask and I'll be happy to respond.
How long have you been playing Minecraft? I have been playing Minecraft PC, since the redstone update, Minecraft Xbox since before the ocelots arrived, and I've been playing on PocketEdition since it came out.
