Would you be able to mantain the server?: Yes, of course I have a lot of experience handling plugins for servers, however I never had enough RAM to withhold one.
Would you make the server popular? : Yes I can easily get my friends to help spread the server and advertise on youtube by making videos I have done so before for my friend's server.
Would you be able to make $50 a month from donations : I do not know since I have never hosted a big server even though I have tried however I think since 12GB can host a lot of people I'm sure some of them would be willing to donate if we give them some perks ^^.
