Why should we choose you?: Because I'm a very valuable team member. The reasons being I have excellent grammar and vocabulary and can type especially fast. Around 94-100 wpm. I know how to solve issues using the minimal amount of (commands). I can usually solve problems between members by just a simple conversation, letting them talk there issues out. I usually never ban unless they're hacking or something totally inappropriate like that. (Along those lines) I believe that Minecraft is a place where people come to have fun and enjoy there time spent. Staff are people who keep the server running smoothly and make sure everyone is having fun. I'm really good with commands and how to use them. I'm at about 8/10 when it comes to knowing them. I'm at about 12/10 on management. I specialize in that I guess. I can really help allow people in your server to have a fun time. I will help them with any problems, big or small. Drop what I'm doing and come help them. Whether they need tips, advice etc. I'm there. I will be Completely devoted to this server. I am a very likable and a social person. I like to retain my professionalism, but whenever people need to chat with me about the server or daily life I'm general. I see this server having a lot of potential, and I want to do my very best to help it reach that potential. If I see any problems, I go straight there and check the issue out. No matter how big the issue, or the number of people involved. Before I make any harsh decisions, I will check out and hear everyone's sides of the story. I won't wait to see if another staff member is going to do it while I just lay around. I'll be the first on the job, always. I want to become a part of your staff team. I see the bonds that we can all create, especially if we all become a team. We can all become a closely knitted team and I can help make that happen. I put my heart in 110% of the time. I have the drive to act like I'll loose my staff position if I don't do my very best everyday. I will improve your server for the better. Also, I am not immature but very fun to be around, I like to remain professional, but also to have fun, which I think is very important. I'm always honest, and can help deliver what is needed at that time. No matter how big or difficult. I will help them (being staff or members) with fulfilling there tasks or helping members. We can't manage everything and everyone at one time. Staff sometimes needs help from other staff. So I'll always offer to help them or anyone for that matter. I stay organized, whether its making meetings on time, whatever the case. I stay on top of everything. I will try to support the server in every way I can. I know lots about this amazing server as well. I really love to help people. I like to give people advice, tell them how to play minecraft, how to manage a team and equipment and that sort of stuff. I like the fact that I can just spend a few moments of my time to make someone's time more enjoyable. I am a fast typer, and I try to respond to everyone that messages me and answer their question(s) as best I can. I like to message people and talk to them, and just chat and make a new friend. I always type words correctly, so people can actually understand me. I put others' needs in front of my own and I'm very patient when it comes to responding, so even if that person's question is simple, like "How do I get stuff or find where I am?" I'll be happy to answer it, no matter how many times they ask. I'm not a fan of swearing, and I have never insulted or bullied someone on any servers. I know lots about most of the servers so most of the time I answer questions regarding game-play correctly. I know I'm not perfect, so I'll mess up. I won't try to seem perfect and I definitely will not abuse my position if I get it. I am able to be very mature when I need to, and I'm always friendly and want to help out. I'd also be happy to moderate the Forums. I am always responsible and helpful no matter what the situation is. I know that this position is one where you have to be hardworking, dedicated and responsible. I am willing to dedicate as much time as possible to helping this wonderful server. I'm not applying for Head Admin because I want fancy commands or authority over others or whatever, I'm doing it because I want to help the server more enjoyable and a better community. I am very responsible and will not abuse my position. If I'm not chosen, it's not a big deal, I know there might be someone much more suitable for the position than I am.
