Role: The Role in which I am applying for is Administrator however I would also be happy if I were provided with a lower rank as I believe that I can help turn the server around - ranging from getting more active players, introducing new gamemodes such as Player vs Environment, Player vs Player, Minigames etc. Whilst also helping to reduce the RAM Usage via plugins and helping to set Donator Ranks, Donation Sites etc.
Experience: I have been staff on a few of my friends servers and I have had an admin position on MCGamesUK.co.uk a 120 Slot Public Server with an Admin Panel hosted through McMyAdmin. The reason that I left the server was because I did not believe that the server would grow, and decided to move onto a larger public-based server, and not long later, the owner decided to close the server by his/her own decision.
Bonus Questions:
Someone breaks a rule: If I had caught someone breaking a rule, I would first warn them about it, using a Red-Amber-Green method allowing two warnings to be issued before a temporary ban. However, depending on the situation, this may result in a Mute if it is a speech-related issue.
Someone asks for staff as soon as they join the server: For this, the highest level punishment that I would use would simply be warning, and then Muting the player if they carried on as there would be no-need for any higher level punishment.
Someone is being disrespectful. If someone was being disrespectful to myself, or any other player, I would also warn them based on the Red-Amber-Green warning system, and then if the user progressed, again the highest level punishment would be a mute however if the comments were hurtful or racist, then the highest level punishment may be Ban or Temporary Ban.
Someone is Griefing: If I caught someone griefing, I would begin to question them to find out what they were doing, why they were doing it, and then I would use their results to decide a lawful punishment whether that was a formal warning, or a temporary ban however bad the damage were to be.
