Help/JavaEdition Minecraft In Windows 8?

I have got an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4300 Series (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM v1.1).
I have the latest available driver

It was working fine in windows 8.
.
I have upgraded to 8.1 and I face now the same problem of "Pixel format not accelerated".

Any clue ?
