Experience in managing plugins: I learned java fairly quickly by experimenting on my own server with what specific code does, and over the years it has developed into a much more advanced system. I can create any idea you want in a plugin with teh right amount of time.

Past Experience in managing multiplayer servers: I've hosted my own server for 2 years with all custom plugins on it before it recently went down due to the lack of funding.
