    1. What's your In-game name? Jmilton_PvP, I may change it but if I do I will be sure to inform you.

    2. How old are you (14+) 15

    3. Do you have skype? If you don't, there any other way we can contact you? Yeah I have skype, It's Jmilton_PvP I will try to respond whenever possible.

    4. How much time can you dedicate to the server? The amount of time I can spend may vary, my schedule changes often but I will be on as much as possible which is usually about 2-4 hours a day.

    5. Why do you want to work with us? Which position are you apply for (Developer, Moderator, Helper, Administrator)? I have worked with many other servers, I really want to help this one because it looks very well made and will most likely succeed. I don't like watching servers I helped with fail. I would apply for any staff rank really, I have experience with all of them but I would put myself at Moderator until you see I do my job well and maybe I could get promoted. I also have a YouTube channel that is growing a bit right now. If you need it I could record on it sometime, or maybe make a trailer video for the server.

    6. Can you tell us about your previous experience? I have run multiple servers and helped with a few. Only a few have succeeded player wise, the others were not getting enough activity to keep running. I know a lot about plugin configuring and troubleshooting, that's my main job on most servers. I am also familiar with most other staff ranks and would be more than happy to be any other rank. But like I said above, I would probably put myself at Moderator until I prove myself.

    7. Maturity Scale 1/10: Probably an 8. I work hard but I do goof off from time to time, I am a good leader but I like to have fun with everyone. I don't want to have a bad impression and/or get labled as bossy or demanding. But I do work hard when I am needed, so there is nothing to worry about there.

    8. Adittional info: I am pretty good at video editing if you needed something like that done, I also dabble with photoshop a bit. I have a YouTube channel that I get a decent amount of views from. Here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/JmiltonGaming

    What server are you applying for? I'm hoping Factions, but if you would like to place me somewhere else I'm perfectly fine with that.

    What rank are you applying for? Manager probably, I'm good with commands for most plugins like GroupManager, Essentials, WorldEdit, Pex, etc.

    Why do you want to be staff? To help out! I love helping with servers

    What can you offer to the server that others cannot? Well I'm not really sure what other people can and/or cannot offer... But I can be on a lot and I am very friendly towards others

    How Active Can you be?: Like I said above, I can be on a lot. (Usually 2 or 3 hours most days.)

    Top 3 Skills: Commands/Plugins, Activity, Somewhat good at building.

    Anything Else: I can't really skype call very much, Too many people around my house :p
