Ayy! Aidan here, and today I will be applying for any rank that you think I will be good at BUT any developer rank. I will take helper, mod, admin, co owner; the whole works. I will be sure to be specefic in the questions of this app, and if you have any concerns throughout this app, feel free to ask me what you need in the comments in this post.
Here are the questions that I tried my very hardest to answer well.
#1: What's your first name? My name is Aidan. (Sounds a little funny I know xD)
#2 What's your Minecraft username? Redintech. It used to be AidanR0cks. It has been for 3 years, but I changed it to Redintech for a server I play on about a week or two ago.
#3: What's your age? 12. Not quite 13, but soon I will be.
#4: What's your gender? I am the gender of a male.
#5: How long have you been playing this server? I joined from the time this was posted around an hour ago? XD
#6: How many hours can you allocate to moderating the server? 2-3 a day, and if there is an interference, I will note you of it. School MIGHT interfere, and if it does, I will tell you why after the coincidence.
#7: What's your ideal method of contact (You'll need a Skype account to become staff)? I use steam. and I can't use Skype, for Norton (My security) blocks some file within it which to it is considered unsafe. My steam username is TheyCallMeAidan. You can also communicate through PlanetMinecraft mail, and my pmc is also Minecraft Masier.
#8: Do you know the server rules? I do. Common knowledge plus the server rules gives me a good base of what to follow.
#9: How often do you loose your temper and go all caps etc in chat or anywhere else? I try my best not to. I stay calm almost all the time, and I would never go wild and randomly do stuff un-intentional. So in reality, never.
#10: If another staff member was breaking the server rules, would you intervene? I would start by warning the player. Then I would find minor evidence on the case before I jump ahead. From there, I would ask calmly for the given staff member to stop what they are doing and why, and if they do not stop, I will grab more evidence, and report it to a higher level moderater or staff. From there the higher lvl staff can take care if it.
#11: What is your native language? English. I do not speak any other languages, for I have not began a language class. Allthough I will be soon :d
#12: How will you being a staff member improve the server's community? I will try my best to benefit as a moderater, rather a builder. I can help people when they need help, and if I do not know, I will ask someone higher so I know the answer , then I will tell that player the answer. I cannot help with building for I suck at it, but I can help with everything else that a moderater would benefit. I am not the best moderater in the world, but I can try my best to benefit as a decent moderater in the wide community that this server has. I have been staff on 11 servers now, but I am currently staff on 4. Most servers get taken down because they are new. I have only been demoted twice, and that was due to a huge promotion or demotion ceremony that had taken place. I still play on those servers. I like the community with the small count of enthusiastic and enjoyable players. I work best when I can sit down in a calm community with nothing huge to worry out. I like being calm with people to hang out with. This community fits perfectly with what I desire,so my moderating skills will be enhanced greatly here. I will try my best to get every problem/question fixed/answered asap, and I will also be sure to give everyone the best experience I can give. I know a decent count of plugins, for I have asked millions of questions in the past few days to figure them all out. I can give out a hand to those in need, but I cannot help with something alas building. I am not a coder what-so-ever, but I am decent... With command blocks. I can benefit in helping develop minor things, like a kit, or a new mine, or a new thing for this server in which I can help develop. I think I am best with keeping everyone alive, also having a great time with the wide count of unique and special players that I can moderate calmly in.
#13: Have you ever been banned (properly) from this server? Not at all, and I will try my best not to at any given time what-so-ever.
#14: Have you ever been muted / temp muted (properly) from This serve? Not at all. If I do, I will note you why and when it happened.
##: Any other info nessessary? Nope. All I wish is a good luck to all partisipants and to who wins the grand placement of the amazing helper. Good luck everyone!
#15: Have you donated to This server? Be it a rank or another package. I have not, but I might some time later. I am tempted to, and that convinces me to donate more. I will prob. do it some time soon if I do in general.
