Experience with operator? My experience with operator, i have never been head admin, but i have been admin and co-owner. I am wanting to be operator of this server because it looks cool and legit. I want to help advertise and build with the server. I am hoping to be apart of staff for this great server. I dont not play on the other servers that i am staff on that much because those server arent right for me. But i think this spot and this server is right for me.

Permsissions Knowledge: I guess i know alot about perms, i am really good with essentials and group manager so yeah.
Command Knowledge: I know many commands, i know the basic commands to the advanced. I can do almost everything with every command. And especially w/e i can build a fast house with w/e.
Reason: I want to be operator because i am a good player. I can build alot, i can build castles, cabins, cool spawns, shops, etc. And i would give my building skills a 10/10. I can advertise also and probaly post some youtube videos. But i WILL advertise. I try my best to make the server better and to make sure everything is alright. I help anyone who is in need of help and tell new members about our server and how it works. Also i will automatically banip someone if they are using hacks to grief the spawn or ban people. And i will kick/mute people for the small stuff like cursing or spamming. I will give them 2/3 chances and if it keeps happening maybe a kick or mute, then a temp. ban. I know alot about servers so its not gonna be hard to help out. I can do alot on my own without other staffs help. I am a loyal, trustworthy, nice player who will always listen to the owner or other staff. And i am on most of the time. I am on all the time basically. Whenever i can get on i will. I respect everyone in the most upright way.
What makes me better than the rest? I have been playing minecraft for a year now and i know alot of plugins and commands. Basically all commands, mostly bukkit and i am familiar with everything in minecraft. I respect everyone and i help whoever is in need of help. I can build most anything and i will build whatever you want me to build. I am on most of the time also. So there is no need to worry about me being of for a while. Unless i am on vacation or something that is the only time i am off, or school. But i am a really good player for this spot. I can help whoever you want me to help. I can even be your personal assistant!
Servers i have been banned from: Only one and it was a temp. ban. I got blamed for griefing and i didnt even do it.
