I checked it out and I am not a fan of it. I don't like how it is set up but it seems like it would be great for people who have used this before. I heard about MCreator so I am checking that out now.

I looked at the PMC rules and it actually is not against the rules to upload mods...

-Tell me about your past staff experience. (Don't mention on how many servers you have been staff on. I don't care. I want to know what you experienced as being co-owner.) I was a co-owner on a server a while ago and it worked pretty well until it got hacked. Somebody hacked into the server and the owner had to shut it down. I was a co-owner there for about a year or so.
-Timezone East US
-Why should I pick you: I love helping servers and people, I am great at being helpful.
-Can you build (Required): Yes, I had a poll on a server and I got a total of 8.8/10 for building.
-How many time can you devote to the server: A few hours a day and more on weekends.
-Know anything about plugins?: Yea, I am pretty good with them but I have not really needed to use them that often unless it is factions or townie.
