Minecraft/Servers New Server Needs Staff!

past experiance i was co-owner of a server but it got shut down due to low funds but i was admin on 2 servers until they got shut down ( i always choose the wrong servers to be admin )
why you want to be admin (at least 6 lines) Because i hate servers with rule breakers i am kind but not to easy on rule breakers , i will ban without mercy if they have done something like hack unless you would want them no to be banned the main reason why i would like to be a admin is because in the past 5 servers i have played on i have been killed by a hacker or someone has xrayed to my base and i really hate to see this happen to another server
how long can you be on every day) about 3 hours a day
do you know anything about plugins? i know commands and i know how to do a bit of programing
