Minecraft/Servers Recruiting for staff for a prison server

Experience:Owned 2 servers but had to close due to lack of donations. I am developer on 2 servers and have good knowledge on java and javascript. I know how prison servers work and the general rules.
Why should I trust you:I am very good with perms and plugins and very reliable and always tell the truth. I give everyone a fair chance and stick to the rules
What can you help with:Perms Finishing the spawn, Building mines and blocks.

FYI: There is no Head-Of-Staff job opening anymore as I have taken that place.

Its my job to enroll people for staff.

Previous experience:i have owned 2 servers before and been Head-admin on many other servers before. I am also multilingual i can speak English and German (and a bit of french and Spanish)
Why do you want to become Head of staff (At least a paragraph) I like to help people out in the best way I can. I work well with people and I am a very good mentor/tutor. I am very trustworthy and i can be on everyday. I will prevent the staff from abusing their roles and if they do I will report them to the owner(s).
How well can you work with all the staff: 8/10
Do you understand that if you must work with the Head-Mod and Head-Admin to train the new staff: I do understand that I have to work with other head of staff and in my opinion that will make training new staff easier because all of our experience combined will help massively.

I have vast knowledge on plugins and coding(Currently Learning HTML And Java)
and would like to help you in anyway I can.For example I can be on every day and I have hosted servers before so I know the ins and outs of minecraft server hosting.(E.G Staff hiring,Advertisng,Rules,Builds,Plugins etc)

Why you should get the job: I have owned 2 servers in the passed and I was the plugin manager/developer on 2 servers (but they closed due to money problems) I am good with plugins and am learning Java And Javascript so would be able to write custom plugins very soon!
Anything else: I have been playing minecraft for 3 Years+ and have very good experience with creating websites and in the future making plugins.
