Minecraft/Servers New Roleplay Server in need of Staff!

Why do you want to be apart of our team? - I have been without a "home" server for awhile now and I have missed developing for minecraft servers.
On a scale of 0-10, 0 being very immature and 10 being very mature, how mature do you think you are and why? - I would say a definite 8, because the majority of the time I am professional. Although, like anyone, I have a silly side, but here is a time and place for that.
What is abuse of power in your own words?- Abuse of power is when you use a feature of the server in a manner of which it was not originally intended to be used for either for personal gain, to troll or simply to just cause a mess. No matter the reason, abusing your power is a big problem in the general minecraft community and I take it very personally when another staff member abuses their power.
Previous experience? To which server(s)?- I have been making minecraft servers for more than 3 years now. About a year and a half ago I joined a network called Phoenix networks which was very big at the time averaging 100+ players on regularly. After awhile I became well known in the community and became a developer, I worked hard on phoenix through a few resets and adding more and more features and servers to the network. I eventually worked my way up the ranks and became their head developer. Although currently the server has gone down due to lack of funds. I have experience in bungee, spigot, basic html, weebly, enjin, mysql, sponge, notepad++, ftp/ssh, and lots of bukkit experience.
How many hours a day AND week are you able to commit to this project? - Hours per day are usually around 5 hours since I have work but I am a night owl so that may increase depending on my schedule. When I am not working though I could spend up to 10 hours most likely.
What skills would you say you have ? (Leadership wise) - I have been a network developer on Phoenix networks which taught me a lot about how bungee networks work and how bigger servers operate. This knowledge has allowed me to become higher in the ranks and become a leader. Being a head developer for my previous network taught me a lot on how to manage players, staff, and my own fellow developers.
Additional Information? I do have a job right now but I work the later shifts in the day, however on days that I am off I will be available all of the day most of the time.

What can you offer AbyssalCraft: I can offer my past knowledge with ftp/ssh, bungee, spigot, mcmyadmin, multicraft, sponge, and lots of experience with bukkit. I also have lots of paid plugins and pre-done configs from past servers.

. I was the lead developer for the minigames branch of the server and eventually became the head-developer. I have experience in ftp/ssh, bungee, multicraft, mcmyadmin, spigot, sponge, and tons of experience with bukkit. I have been making servers and developing for servers for about 3 years.
Why you think you'd be fit for the team (must be at least 50 words):
On a scale of 1-10 how good are you at commands?: Probably a 9 since theres always something new to be learned.
Can you configure plugins?: Configuring plugins is what I love to do most as it's the most enjoyable aspect of creating a server for me. I have lots of pre-done configs from past servers that I have made that I use often and adjust to the needs of the current server.
Are you willing to work hard?: Yes, I have worked on many servers over my time as a developer on many different servers and have always put my full 110% into everything I do.
How often can you be online? : I have a night job which is usually only from 5-10ish on most days but I can be online/available any time other than those hours. (I usually have a few days off during the week, and I'm a night owl.)
What is your time zone?: CST (Central Standard Time)
Describe yourself in ten words to us.: Attentive to detail, hard working, helpful, trustworthy, and overly OCD.
Are you experienced in web development? If yes, explain. (If applying for Web Developer): I'm not really applying for web developer however I do have some basic experience in html and I have made lots of Enjin websites and Weebly websites.
What experiences do you have leading a team? (If applying for Head Developer): I'm also not really applying for head developer but I do have some experience with being a head developer as that was what my final position was at Phoenix Networks before the server went down due to lack of funds sadly :c

I have watched every single one of guudes Mindcrack videos and i have alot of cool ideas for this server i am good at redstone and building
yes i can be on 3-5 Hours a day
I have always wanted to join a MindCrack Like server every since season 2 of Mindcrack
and i have played UHC 2 times and i can make videos of the server at anytime for an Lp or just for advertiseing the server
