I don't mean to sound mean.
You'll need real coding/programming experience if you want to create a video game. You can't just be the 'Texture Maker' and have other people do hard work, not to mention unpaid.
I understand wanting to create a video game, but you can't just do what you're trying to do right now.
I suggest learning a coding language such as Java to the fullest extent of your ability and working hard on the code if you really want to create a video game. And even then, it won't be short and sweet.
If you want help from other people, you're probably going to have to pay them.
But keep pursuing your dream.
If you're planning on making a 3d game, you won't need textures. You'll need models. And an engine.
If you want a 2d game, textures are fine.
Listen to the other people, too.
