A very nice website. Maybe it's a bit dark, but it looks good.

Qualification: I have experience with much plugins and I'm very helpful. Also I'm very focused on grammar. I'm speaking English quite good, but I'm from Holland.
Skills: I'm very good with much plugins for Bukkit. Also I'm a very good with redstone, and with general buildings.

I would like it downloadeable, but it isn't necessary.
You can choose what is easier for you.
I think better not to do, than people would join your server to play.
