Yes, it is about trust. But as you said - 'You can check the server logs to see if I do my job well.' - Just to let you know, I can not be there every second. Do you have Skype, as it is a needed and is very important. If not, we'll have to sort something out.

Sorry for being so inactive, I had a random holiday come. But, I am back and ready to work.
I don't want weak staff ( as I said before ), and if you're weak, you're out

Screm11, when the server is up, I will give you a trial and if you're good, you can stay
