Host your own. If it's under 5 people, you or your friends should be able to host it from their computer, there are directions on the wiki. Please be aware that port forwarding CAN pose security risks if you don't know what you're doing.
If you have more friends online at one time, you may want to invest in a GSP (Game Service Provider) or gaming host. There's a lot of them out there, big and small, so find what's best for you. I recommend you google it and compare them, make sure to check at the bottom of their website for when it was last edited, that can help show how dedicated they are to they're service. For pricing, it's industry standard to use $1/slot, but usually that's not your best deal. Go with a package where you get dedicated RAM, usually $20/gig/month isn't a bad deal. If you do that, a good host should help you with anything you need.
