Why you want to be OP I want to be OP so I can build cool structures, monitor the server and help new people out

In more then 35 words, why do you want this position and why should we give it to you? I really want this position because I'm good at watching over people. I won't just give everyone 100000 diamonds and things like that, but I will greet new comers and help them feel welcome. I will follow the rules and explain them to people also. If someone griefs, then I will jail them (if there is one or just kick/tempban). If they grief again after they get unbanned, I will permaban them. If someone spams, I will tell em to stop, mute them and then kick/temp ban. Thank you for your consideration

What past experience have you had with administration? -I own my own server. Been a admin/mod many times on other servers.
How would you deal with someone who grieved? - Depending on how bad the griefing is. But most likely I would tell them to stop. If they don't jail. Or if its really bad then maybe even a temp ban or ban.
What would the mature thing to do be if someone was being racist, sexist or insulting to you? - I would just tell to please stop and be nice.
What would you do if someone asked for Operator or ranks? -I would say asking for ranks is not allowed, you have to earn it the hard way like other people do.
How would you act when someone joined the server for the first time? -I would tell to welcome to the server and try to help them if they ask.
Are you impatient? Do you listen to people? -Yes I am patient and I listen to the people.
Do you think you are a 'fair' user? -Yes I wont say stop building because im a Op and I can boss you around.
Do you feel you can enforce rules to a high standard? - I think I can enforce the rules because I have good exp.
Have you ever been banned? (If so, for what reason?) -I've banned my self before. Lol
What do you feel 3 key elements to keeping a strong server are? - Good rules, good moderation, and good structure

Also there are things built. There is a spawn building. you don't just spawn in the middle of no where. It is also not laggy.
