True that. But here are tips to get more subs.
-Don't just play Minecraft, because there are million other kids doing that. Which doesn't make you any special.
-Only use facecam when playing horror games. Viewers enjoy watching facial reactions on a jump scare. ( Play horror games like: FEAR, Cry of Fear, Outlast, The House 1 & 2 etc...)
-Listen to your viewers, I have watched many channels with potential to become big, but their biggest flaw was not listening to the viewers.
-Try getting your hands on Beta's. Most people watch channels to see how good the up coming games are. If you want hands on Beta's I recommend Steam. But you have pay small amount of money for some games
-Try to look as professional as you can. No one's going to watch a guy with there icon and background made on paint. Try hiring someone on Planet Minecraft there are plenty of artist out there.
-Make specials. Like Christmas special or 500 subs special. For specials you can do stuff like prank calling a famous youtuber or doing a Q&A.
-And finally be organized. Know what series your going to do next.
