Good Evening Shaun,

I'm currently looking for responsible and mature staff members to help maintain my server and open up some more free time to develop it, rather than just solve petty issues. However, I'm not prone to giving people staff positions if they have not "earned" it. If you would be interested in earning a position on my server, I'd like to welcome you to spend some time on it, meet the players, get to know the plugins, and earn the trust of the current staff. If after a short time, we find that you meet our criteria and you enjoy the server, we would have no problem extending a staff position to you. Why choose my server? This server has been around and will be around for the foreseeable future as we have no need to rely on donations to keep it running. Along with this, we have a steady player base that continues to grow daily and definitely keeps things interesting. So if you're interested, you can find the ip in my signature and start playing and I'm sure we'll talk later.

I'm not one to promote people to staff rankings without them first being a part of the server and becoming familiar with it and the regular members. So if you'd like to put some time into this and find a server that is stable, I'd like to invite you to mine. I can't guarantee a staff position, but if you prove that you can be trusted and responsible, one will most assuredly follow.

First and most importantly, start by getting a business license... after that, if you have the computer knowledge to run a host, you should be able to figure it out. It isn't something that just anyone can do off of their home computer

Chances are your petition is virtually worthless..Because putting something like this in public schools would require public funds to purchase the program, train the teachers in the curriculum, and hire/pay someone to manage the program, your school board would probably require legally valid signatures.... otherwise known as signatures of people of legal voting age and within your community. Which... I'm going to assume, that 99% of your current signatures probably aren't.

Having played skyrim isn't really a requirement as long as you are able to build in the style which is generally medieval/nordic

We're currently working on creating the cities from skyrim
Can give you full WE and Voxel to build with and am willing to pay if you're willing to stick around and help with multiple cities.
We have no time limit as of now. I can probably bring in a few talented builders that you're familiar with to help build as well

Discussions/General First move advantage in chess, advantage or no?

Playing as white can definitely have it's advantages, but those advantages only hold up as long as you can keep black forced to defend. Black can usually dictate what kind of game will be played, closed or open, depending on how they respond to white's first move. In the end, with how many millions of possibilities there are for board positions within the first 10 moves of the game and with how many thousands of chess games I've played over the years, I can't honestly say there is an advantage one way or the other. I personally prefer playing white against higher rated players so I can attempt to dictate the game more while playing black against lower rated players so that I can respond to their mistakes.
