I am applying because I would like to help you out with things I have experience with: Back in the day I used to play allot on faction servers, I still think it's one of the best server-ideas out there. I also had allot of servers, witch none of them worked out really, mainly because I was alone, and on your own it is really hard to start a good server! So I would like to help you out!
Why should we choose you over any other applicant for a staff position?:
As I mentioned earlier I have allot of good experience with factions servers, I people have problems with some thing, I will help them out. I am dutch, as you may noticed on my grammar, but I can talk English, but because I am Dutch, I can also speak German and ofcourse Dutch, if neccesary even French. I also love to help players out who are struggling to do certain things on the server. I will do my very best to help them, I am not a guy who just ignores them. Ofcourse the server will start out small and not with many people on it, but I don't care, I will do my best to help, and if the server grows I won't act different, I will still help players and not ignore them! And I am sure I will not be the only staff member, and ofcourse I dont know all the commands, so the others can learn me stuuf and I can learn them. And now to the less fun part: Hackers, or cheaters, or how the hack (you see the reference? hack? HACK) you wanna call it. I won't insta ban someone who I think is hacking, I will ask them first if they are hacking, if they speak the truth (if they say yes) I maybe will give them a 2nd chance, but not always, depends on how ther are talking to me! Ofcourse they will get temp banned, but not insta perm banned! I will not be extra kind to donators because they donated money, because I think every person on the server deservers the same amount of kindness!
What do you think the point/job of a helper is on our server?
Help people out on the server, and if people are spamming/ being frustrating or rude against other players, I will look what I can do to stop that, and if that takes a ban, I will ban them! So everybody is having a good time!
Have you ever been banned on any server, if so why?
I am not lying, no I have never been banned on a server. Mainly because I don't see the point of hacking, minecraft is fun if you don't hack or do other dumb stuff, so no I have never been banned.
Are you staff on any other servers? If so how will you split your time between our server and the other one?
Yes I am, on my friends server, bit it's not a very big server, so that won't be a problem! I will just say to him that I have a bigger project, he respects that! But I have experience moderating! A couple of servers I have been staff on: Dutchgamezone server (Dutch ytber with 1K+ Subs) My friends server and RamboNation.
Do you have any experience in moderating Enjin forums or Minecraft servers?
No not really! But if I need to help with that, I will learn how to do it!
How active are you in-game?
I am really active! Ofcourse I have school, but If my homework is done (which doens't takes to long) I always go on my pc and hop on minecraft, so I have allot of spare time to help on the server!
How active are you on the forums?
If I get a link, I will be active and try to help!
How often are you playing on our server or visiting our forums?
Well I will be very active on the forums and ingame! I will be on allot and everyday I will be on! You can count on me as your man! I have experience putting hours into minecraft, so it think it will work with your server!
Time estimates of how often you are active in-game and on the forums?
I will be really active on those! Mostly in-game ofcourse but I know the forums are also really important so I will really be active on that aswell!
If you were in a situation you are not suited\capable to solving\fixing\resolving\handling what would you do? Beyond simply calling for other staff?
I would just think of a solution how to do it, or how the other staff can do it and I can't. So I will think really hard, and if I can't find it out, I will go on google and search for a sollution. If that doesn't work, I will ask his or hers skype and he/she needs to tell the story in details so I will do everything I can to help him/her!
Any additional information you would like to inform us of?
I am can be serous in situations where I need to be serious in! But I love humor and comedy, sarcasm, all that sort off stuff, so I would be a nice staff member to talk with!
