I think you should ask those applying for proof that they can build, like an album or their projects posted on PMC.

Communities/Teams Need builders for server.

Nothing, I don't celebrate Christmas. But If I did celebrate, probably some chocolate or a new laptop. Leaning more towards the Chocolate though.

Hey 8 Year old, I'm pretty sure Minecraft wasn't exactly 'designed' for kids, but kids make up most of the fan base so Mojang won't be complaining. I'm just going to say here that I too am young, and just going on Kids suck at building because, well, I've seen so many bad builds by them. And I said 'MOST' kids suck at building. I even said there was a small exception that can build/detail/terraform greatly.

Anyways, if you build better than me go check out my rollercoaster I don't post to PMC though, because most builds are on servers.

Go learn to spell and proof-read before you start an argument with me. I'm just saying that sounding like a young child won't help you when quarreling with someone over the internet.

Wow, these people... 11-14 year olds, your spawn probably won't be as good as, Mithrinita (Even if your spawn wasn't 100X100) or Hypixel's server.

(Most 11-14 year olds suck at building, though I've seen a small exception.)

Let them post pictures of their builds first! Some of these people applying might be the worst builders ever (No offense). Almost everyone posting is level 1-2, at least go for people who are higher level, as they have posted projects to PMC. I'm guessing your around eleven anyways.

Just tell me how your spawn works out ?

Well, make something around what they like. I used to be a leader of a Faction in the Top 3 of my server and we did lots of raiding/defending. As a gift, I saw what every member liked, and created 'rooms' around it in my base. Example: daxern liked cookies, so I made him a cookie room, with chests full of cookies.

Another idea is Special Armor/Weapons. In another faction, I received a 'Zues's Thunderbolt' which was Sharpness V and Fire aspect II which was an amazing gift.

Just some ideas, I hope you get them something nice

By the way, can someone add pictures of their builds? Just because I like looking at pictures Also, it gives you a better chance of getting into the team (Well that's my opinion).

Hey Jdawsome, shouldn't you ask all applicants for some pictures for reference or something? How do you know these people can actually build? You're gonna need some proof of their skills. Not here to apply, I would of applied but I dislike using skype and would rather use Mumble.

I would apply, But I'm working on a project already. If I help you out, I'd forget about my current project, which would be a waste. :'(

I was working on a really huge Futuristic spawn for a server, and was 3 or so months into the build when the server suddenly shut down. Lots of Hard work turned to ashes...

But anyways, hope you find a great builder Try Messaging some people that have created great projects, maybe they'd be interested in helping you out.
