In your opinion, what is required of a moderator: Maturity, but also has a sense of humor. A Mod is supposed to help the community. I know all the requirement as a Mod/Admin, as I am a current Head-Admin on a server.

A player accuses another user of hacking, and will not stop spamming saying the user is hacking, what do you say to him? : A warning, and ask the User for evidence.
You see a Head Moderator hacking, and abusing his power for their own benefit on the server, what do you do? : Report it to the Co-Owner/Owner, or another HR above them.
A player is constantly spamming another user with teleport requests, the player being spammed with them asks you for help, how do you handle this situation? : Warn the spamming user. If it continues, I will issue a 10 Minute Temp-Ban.
