Previous positions: I have not played on servers with permissions but have helped the single op with serveral problems relating to abuse of plugins and including patching of said plugin (sdf.org/minecraft)

Reason we should pick you: I have limited experiance when it comes to working with people older than me with servers and would like to be part of a larger community than I am used to. I have many skills and can be a great part of any server but just don't always have the time to commit 5hrs every weekend now i do generally have that but life has its twists.
Have you ever been banned?: (If yes, why?) Yes. Once a server called cookiecraft (not cookieslap) was banning everyone with the message "Not a fit" before they could even read rules. Rouge admin bans are really not an issue though.

Hey i do have plugins on my smp server but the only things that work on smp worlds are the warps and spawn commands as well as area protecting res. If anyone has a problem with res they can use petition and the admins will see we have friendly logical people and a website.We used to whitelist but its off for now to incite more people. Yes but I think that custom Items are made to be registered. They have no texture setup to be overridden. Follow the link. Also I can help better with full source.
