Level 20: Dwarf
Level 30: Strong-man
Level 40: Sailor
Level 50: [custom rank!]

Sometimes the auto-save glitches and does not save. If you have not backed-up the world on multiplayer, then it's gone BUT if the world was singleplayer, try creating another world with the same name then it MIGHT just be your old world.

As for the settings that doesn't matter. I had the same problem!

Install plugins and host events regularly such a s a spleef tournament!! Also try adventure maps such as Hypixel's ones!

You have accidentally hit the right shift under the return/enter button. Hit it again and it will be back to normal! I have done it loads

For multiplayer you can make your server a bukkit server (google it!) and then install a plugin which can change your spawn such as Essentials core

Probably your Internet like the others but your IP could have know without you knowing it!!

I think it is just lag. This mainly occurs on servers that aren't professionally run!!
