i think its pretty neat to go by a label that describes yourself the best
and regarding people who are suffering from gender dysphoria i think its just courtesy to respect their pronouns and refer to them as the label they identify
and cisgendered people, we respect the identity they were settled with with at the first place, nobody really going through the waters to misgender them. ive seen several social expirements where people misgendered them and treated them like the opposite and they dont seem to like it as well
regarding what is inside, i think gender and personality go hand in hand, like the crust of the pie is the labels and pronouns and such, everything else is the sweet gooey filling.
