Honestly, I thought this was absolutely gorgeous to watch. I genuinely got very uplifting vibes from it and it was a pleasure to follow along with Alex and Steve on their adventure!
Critique Time!
I do like your consistency with your characters bodily movements, example, blinking kinda made their heads squash and stretch. At first I thought it was a little strange, but after seeing it with a lot of the characters, it became clear this was a universal artistic choice, so props for that!
I personally only have 2 suggestions;
1) The scene with the dancers, I think the dancers could use a bit more lifelike facial movements. Of course, well trained dancers all tend to mimic each others choreography, so that's fair, but for example, their faces all looked very static. I think maybe making some eyes move, heads turn, or mouths moving for the sake of breathing or smiling may bring a lot more life into that scene.
2) I want to talk about the water. Although it's nice to look at, I feel like it's a majority of the reason your render took so insanely long, especially considering how much of it there is. As well, it doesn't feel fitting with the rest of the render. In my opinion, the water looks WAY too detailed. So much so it actually sort of takes away from the scenes. It's definitely nice looking, but it doesn't fit with Minecraft. A good example is at 4:10 . You can see that there's so many small ripples that it actually becomes very noisy and pixelated. If you look at pictures of oceans in real life, you'll see that water actually doesn't have that many ripples in it. It's mostly just smooth waves. So I think smoothing out your water will help for a number of reasons. 1, render times. 2, style/setting (Minecraft) consistency. and 3, less noise and more natural.
Otherwise, this was a lovely animation to watch. Keep at it, you can consider me a fan!
