Backstory:
At the age of 16 John(note that he changes his name) went to a carnival with his little brother Noah. John went for his little brother. He hated carnivals, the expenses, the not so thrilling ride, and the puddles of vomit all around. Noah , at the age of 9, was still able to see the wonders even in the cheep rides that creaked ominously when they hit the turns. Noah was starting to become weary ,so John was caring him out of the park. Noah suddenly was on his feet and running to the fun house. "One more!One more!" he cried.
"Ok, one more," john chuckled and began to speed up his pace.
skip to twenty minutes later
"Noah where are you! where is he," John spent the last ten mintutes calling for Noah. The mirrors were starting to unsettle John it seemed like there was more than one reflection in the mirror. Just when he was about to get some help he entered a room. It was circuler with a mirror in the center. John could see Noah siting face forward towards the mirror." Noah are you ok?" Noah did not respond. Johns eyes wandered to the Mirror.
Nothing.....fear......pain.....knowledge.....blindness
for the ten seconds that John stared into the mirror or the void ,johns head was filled with incredible knowledge. Knowledge of the world hidden under the surface of the modern one. With this came the understanding that Noah had been staring at it for about ten five minutes. He understood that Noah cant be a functioning Human Due to the fact that the void puts a lot of strain on the body,so Noah was probably paralized.
"We'll fix this buddy..."he said mainly to reassure himself.Just then a thought that was not his came into his head. He will soon realize that this is the after math of him staring into the void. The thought was a spell. This spell allowed the soul of one human to be transferred to an inanimate . John did not take a second to think it over and casted the spell. His left eye began to burn and he could see a bright light leave Noah and float to his ring on his hand.
John knows Noah's soul is in the ring but he can not communicate with him .Noah absorbed an enormous amount of energy when he looked into the void. It transferred with him to the ring.
The two brothers traversed across searching for more knowledge of the mystic origin.The two have gained much in the 5 years they spent abroad. John likes to keep Noah a secrete ,for he fears that some people would like to study him. John is apliying for a teaching spot in order to get close with the other powerful beings to learn how to speak with his brother. He chose art because he took some classes at the college at the age of 15.Who knows he may be a good teacher
