Have you been staff anywhere else? (If so, state where, what rank and how long): Minadealcatraz it was a Mexican server i was an administrator there for 2 years and yes i speak spanish too.

Have you ever been banned on a server? (if so, what was it for? failure to answer truthfully will be a ban) No never i respect ell the server rules
What could you do to help?:Administrate all the aspects of he server like hiring and interviewing new staff if need it, organize group chat's for the builders/devs etc search for new plugins study them, help the devs and builders to see their needs, a free Web page with all the social media i can advertise the server try to hire a Youtuber to the server with at least 300+ subs and be your second hand.
What makes your application different from the rest?: i have a General store so i have real experience, i know how to make web sites and for free.
