What you bring to the staff:I bring experience and the ability to be able to help other staff as I can help point out what they could improve upon and what they are doing well already and tell them how thy could do better
Why you are the best choice:because I know what I'm doing and am not an abusive person who only wants staff for the benefits I want it to help the server
