What experience do you have in this field?: I have been owner of two previous servers, been mod on three, admin on one and a super admin on another.
Describe yourself!: I am a talented, able-bodied individual who is able and happily willing to go beyond the call of duty to help out others in times of need. I have lots of experience with dealing with and accounting for rude and unpleasant people.
How do you deal with conflicts?: Well, if a person is breaking a rule, firstly I give them a warning, and to remind them of the server rules, then for the next breakage of the same rule, I would kick them for a warning, and then it'll be a temp/perm ban. I can be very flexible about the types of punishments and types of people I have to deal with.
Can you work well in a group environment?: Of course, that's the beauty of working in a community, that you are able to co-operate with others.
Are you able to take the constructive input of others?: Definitely, no one is perfect. It wouldn't be a community without criticisms and improvements.
What can you tell me that would further insure my trust in you as a staff member?: Well, I can be quite active, but since I'm in my GCSE year, there are certain days where I cannot be available, but I will definitely try my best to stay on top of things and help others when I can.
Why do you want to join this team?: To help and guide others towards a better environment. Also, to make new friends and help manage the bad guys.
What sets you apart from everyone else? Why should we accept YOU?: Because I can show what I have put down in my actions.
