There quite obviously is life outside of our galaxy. although the chances of them being at all humanoid are VERY small. And the aliens most likely are lightyears away, making it virtually impossible for them to come to earth. It is not relatively possible to travel at the speed of light. Although you can travel just before the speed of light.
