Questions:
When did you first start playing mine craft?: I started playing MC back when the Xbox 360 Version just came out as I wasn't able to play on a PC then. I recently got MC for the PC last summer, so overall I have been playing for about 2 years.
How often do you play? I usually get on everyday, but somedays I am not able to as I am a full-time student during the school year and I play soccer during the summer. I usually can get on 6 days a week if not 7.
Have you ever been banned / temp banned?: I have been banned once for advertising on a small server that I found on PMC. At the time I was still a Mod for Archon so my buddies and I were bored so we decided to see who could get banned off a server first. So, I advertised The Archon. It was just for fun, the plan was to be banned, I would never do that if it wasn't for fun. Other than that, I have been tempbanned for Caps/Language for having a bit too much fun in faction chat. My friends and I were having some fun and I knew I was going to get tempbanned, I was just having some fun and relaxing with some friends. Again, it was for fun, I can differentiate between times I need to be serious and when I can have fun. I know how to hold myself and control my actions, I just was having some fun.
Any previous experience as a staff member? (when, how many):
I was staff on Archon for about 5 months, and I spent about 2 of them as a JrMod for Factions Red. Now, I was told I was getting promoted to SrMod, but I left shortly before I actually got promoted. I will keep the reasons private, but basically I wasn't agreeing with everything happening and I saw an opportunity on a smaller server run by some of the Senior Staff from Archon. So, I left and went to there, and regretted it instantly. I quickly realized that the Archon was the place for me, and was the only shot I had at getting anywhere staff-wise. I didn't realize what I had until I had left.
Other than The Archon, I have been staff on 4 other servers:
- St3althCraft: I was an Admin/Dev on this server for about 2 months, this was my first experience as a Dev/Admin. The server did not get anywhere as I was the only one really working on it, and eventually the server was abandoned.
- DynastyPvP: I was a helper on here after leaving The Archon. Some Senior Staff from the Archon also helped on this server, so I decided to head over there too. I was staff for about 5 days, and when I came on after a 2 day break for Finals, I was demoted. Now, I was demoted because of a rumor that spread and that wasn't true. I did not know about the rumor until a few days ago, and I then PM'ed who it affected and resolved it. What was being said was not true, and I proved it to who it affected.
- Equinox: I was Admin on this server for about 2 weeks. I learned quite a bit on this server as we were working really hard to release it. I left due to some conflicts with other staff members. I also helped develop some plugins/configurations to suite the owners needs and wants. I'm not the most talented Dev, but I do know what I am talking about. I felt really good about the server, but I left because of the staff member I was having conflicts with was a close friend, and I decided to try and come back here.
Hours you can contribute weekly?: Usually 6-8 hours a day, so about 42-56 hours a week.
Do you have a recording device?: Yes I do, and I can record in HD.

I am a very honest person, who will always do their best to do what is needed of them.
I am very nice/kind, and will always show respect to others. I love getting to know others and talking to the community.

And anything else you want us to know about you:
I am a 15 years old, and currently going into my Sophomore year of High-School. I play soccer for my school's team, but that will not stop me from contributing a good amount of time to the server. I am almost always available, unless I am not at home or I am at soccer. I have always been able very good kid, and respected all my peers. I love to have fun, but I differentiate when its time to have fun and time to be serious. I know what I am doing regarding the staff side of MC, and am a very easy guy to talk to. I love the community aspect of being server staff. If you would like know more about me, feel free to ask.
I believe I am fit for this position because I absolutely love helping people. And to be playing video games while doing it, is really cool and I enjoy it. I always try to put myself before others, and will always do what it takes to get the job done. If someone were to need extensive help with something, I would jump right in and help them to the best of my ability. If I wasn't capable of fixing their problems, I would follow the chain of command until someone was able to fix whatever was wrong. I am a very honest person and I am very trustworthy. I show respect to people higher than me and will always work hard. I know when it is time to joke around and when it is time to be serious. I am very nice and I love talking to people and am always open to conversation. Talking to the community is one of my favorite things to do and just making people happier or their days easier is something I've always enjoyed. I try and remain calm at all times, and will always be down to help someone, even if it means me losing time to enjoy the server/game. I am a very energetic person who loves to talk. I would bring enjoyment and excitement to staff and get people motivated. I will always be open to talk to someone with almost any problem as long as I am available. I love to have fun. When I was staff on The Archon, I was always talking to other staff members, joking around, giving advice, anything I could do to help people or converse with them. I think I am a great person for this job and would positively benefit the server as well as the current staff team. I will always be ready to help out the server and answer questions.
