Minecraft/Modding Need Bukkit Coders for Minecraft server

I've got a ton of Java experience as well as a significant amount of plugin development experience. However, I'm not really into playing Minecraft anymore.

2 questions concerning this; I assume this is an unpaid position? In addition to that, what's the general theme of the server? (Hardcore factions / peaceful build, etc).

I'm certainly not against taking up a coding job to occupy my free time this summer. The rank and permissions really mean nothing to me though, but that's not to say that I wouldn't be up to trying this out.

Minecraft is a game with not so impressive graphics, that can strain even good computers.

It's a game with a very simple goal, that captivates millions,

It's a sandbox of simplicity, in which the community creates some of the most complex things that the gaming community has seen,

It's a community unlike any other; one that works together and has fun.

DESKTOP BACKGROUND APPLICATION
-Desktop-
Desktop Resolution (check front page for instructions on how to find yours) : 1600 X 900
Text : MH2M (Fairly large, taking up a large portion of the whole thing. It's the main part of the BG)
Font (pick one from http://www.dafont.com) : Vermin Vibes Redux, but try to use capitals to make the letters look closer to normal, eg. the "E" doesn't have a vertical line in it unless you make it a capital, then it has the vertical line. There isn't any capitals or lower case, it's just alternative letters. Pick the more legible ones, like the E.
3D Text? (I only offer here because it looks best on desktop bg) : Yes, 3D.
Colors: I actually have a pallette, and I'll give you the RGB colour codes.
1. "e8581c"
2. "de3a21"
3. "ff8c2b"
4. "e8981c"
5. "ffc42b"

I would like #2 for the text, #5 as a background color, and the rest you can use as you want for any other designs or anything.
Kind (complicated, clean, or simple [look at front page for details] ) : Grunge, splattery kind of thing. I would like the edges to have some kind of grunge ornate frame, with an inner shadow, so I can splash this anywhere and it would look as if it's dug into where I put it, if you get what I mean.
Links or ideas of pics you want on your background: I have no other pictures that I want, but if you kept a slight Minecraft theme that would be appreciated. Not too much, but just so you can tell that I clearly have to do with Minecraft. A diamond sword underlining the "MH2M" would be pretty cool, in 3D if you could.

I guess some glowstone lights that actually are lighting up the picture would be awesome, the type of modern gstone lights, with glass over them in the corners of the picture, inside the frame. Some lighting effects coming off those and shining light on the rest of the picture, but the main light source being the MH2M. Light mostly coming from the middle would be better.
Additional Details : I think I added at least a few additional details in the catagories above, so this is kind of unneeded in my case.

I like the LAN server connection, so I don't have to set up a full fledged server if I want to play with my little brother or someone.

I couldn't agree more. A tutorials section with subsections, similar to the current sections - Structures, skins, mods, textures, etc. If this is implemented, I would surely start using planetminecraft more, and it would make the community very happy.

left for me. Any small things if I use a crafting table I try to centre them though. I found out that I make my axes backwards a while ago, I never really thought about it.

Best Gaming PC Setup in the world (but still simple so I could easily use it, just best performance wise) With like a crazy macro keyboard, and a crazy optical 20000dpi mouse, etc.

Ability to freeze time,

Ability to become invisible.


I would freeze time, play games for a few hours, then become invisible and go out and get into trouble...

...Then of course back to games.

I was gonna skip hyrule, or at least leave itself for last, since that would be hard. Otherwise, I would make the tower of the gods fully appeared and everything. So, in existance, I am not just gonna be lazy and say "well it wasn't there for the first half of the game"

I had trouble with this as well, I used PermissionsEX which is incompatible with quite a few things and it causes problems. It took me like four 6 hour periods to get it to work.

(I have shut down my server since then)

Well I have a decent story for my original username, toughenough6.

I made this one for my youtube channel, and it is pretty self explanatory.

I have had toughenough6 as most of my usernames since around 6 or 7 years ago. It all started when I was playing Runescape, I had been playing for a while, but then I stopped.

About a month later, I found an ad for Runescape saying "Are you tough enough?" So I thought to make a new account, to prove I was XD. "Toughenough" was taken though, and the name suggester suggested toughenough6. I still have access to this runescape account today, and many of my other names including my original youtube name, my skype, my minecraft name, and more are all toughenough6.

I go with 9/10, I love the glare and it looks really cool. You automatically are respected by me for being able to make a nice sig like that.
