I looks like it would run Fine I am using a Dell Insprion 1521 Laptop about 14 years old (that is when it came out about) Running Windows 7 4 GB of Ram and a 1.60 GHz and it can run stuff like the Clock and Compass just fine (Also it is also slow with minecraft lol.) I don't know what my GPU is though but anyways thought I would tell that to you,

If you have it in Peaceful Your Character will not get Hungry. But if you have it in Easy,Medium,and hard mode your character will get Hungry.

I am not a server owner nor did I ask for staff at one point. But I think you should add in your list of rules that you can only ask to be staff if you like played the Sever For about 2 months and is active.

I use Eclipse to code and I use Gimp 2.0 to draw the textures (You are going to need it if you are going to add any new Items into minecraft.
