Minecraft/Discussion rejoin/auto join mod

Hi I am looking for a rejoin/auto join mod so I can get into my friends popular Hunger Games server which only has about 24 slots and I can never get in so when someone leaves or disconnects the server ill be able to enter it.
I've been looking around for a couple of days and there was a mod but its now been removed by the owner so I would be very happy if you could sent me a link to a rejoin/auto join mod and give me instructions on how to install it because I don't get the installing progress thing, so thanks

Can make a server: i have friends that can but i could try if we needed to
Maturity: very mature
How long can you do this: until i get very bored
