This would be cool in a hackathon style. These people are putting together trash packs in short time periods, so you could help promote GOOD packs in short time periods. Set a time (like a set friday for example) where you will post the theme. And all work needs to be done and submitted by sunday evening for example. Give them a few weeks to register and set up teams if they want and then you can vote on different categories.... like best pack, most features, etc.
