Well I'm very interested in this. I'm not much of a builder, but I will certainly play once it is up.
While I can't help you with building, I can help you with your website. I am a php programming with plenty of experience in html, js, css, php, python, etc... All that good stuff XD. Not to mention I'd be willing to do it for little to no money as I find it fun.
